"On 1st July of 2017 the compulsory social medical insurance (CSMI) based on joint and several obligations of the state, employers and citizens will begin to be implemented. Social medical insurance system participants will be provided with a wide range of medical services. Participation of socially vulnerable groups will be supported by the state, specifies President.
"The Government needs to provide necessary health information systems. For the development of competitiveness of private health institutions they should be provided with equal conditions in the CSMI system" - message indicates.
Management Centre of the Republican centre for health development commencing training courses (TC) of 54 and 216 educational hours for physicians and nurses on a contractual basis in the Republican centre.
Also Management Centre plans to hold training courses for candidates applying to upgrade qualification category, including candidates who didn’t pass the professional training evaluation tests.
Date and time of the courses will be defined as there is sufficient number of participants apply, training format - full-time, part-time, without discontinuing work.
Additionally, the Centre willing to consider corporate applications, including on-site trainings. As well as offering an individual approach in the selection of topics, the content of educational programs and the timing of taking into account the needs of the organizations (customers).
In Kazakhstan the accreditation of health care organizations has completed. This year, to undergo voluntary procedure 180 medical organizations submitted application those are primary health care and district and rural level medical organizations. From the total number of applicants - 96 (52.5%) are public, 84 (47.5%) - private. The largest number of applications to undergo accreditation were received from (hereinafter - MO) Almaty (32 MO, representing 18% of all applications), Kyzylorda (17 MO - 9%), Karaganda (14 MO - 8%), Kostanai ( MO 14 - 8%) regions. The lowest number of applications was received from North-Kazakhstan area - 2 (1%) MO.
